5 SLICES OF BACON
1 SMALL HEAD OF CABBAGE, CUT INTO 2 1/2 INCH SLICES
SALT TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
CRUSHED RED PEPPER TO TASTE
FRY BACON ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT TILL CRISP
PUT ON PAPER TOWELS AND DRAIN
CRUMBLE BACON
LEAVE DRIPPINGS IN THE SKILLET
ADD CABBAGE, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, AND CRUSHED RED PEPPER AND COOK UNTIL CABBAGE IS CRISP/TENDER
PUT IN BOWL AND PUT CRUMBLED BACON ON TOP
NOW I KNOW THAT THIS ISN'T THE HEALTHIEST WAY TO EAT BUT I'M FROM THE SOUTH AND WE LOVE MEAT GREASE ON OUR VEGGIES.
