ANOTHER RECIPE FOR BANANA PEPPERS

Here's an easy receipe that I found. Brown 1 pkg. bulk sausage and drain thoroughly.
Melt a soft chesse product (Velveeta) or make a quick white sauce and add your favorite cheese to it.
Mix the cheese (or cheese sauce) into the sausage.
Slice the top of the banana pepper off and make a slit down one side, seed the pepper.
Spoon the sausage and cheese mixture into the pepper.

oh hell no! although they do eat alot of strange stuff in the South. I guess it's a kind of waste not, want not thing. Pig's feet, pig tails, pig ears,
the lites(its the lungs) my granddaddy had a hog killing years ago and grandmama made a stew of the liver and lites and he tried to get me to eat some. I
don't eat anything I don't recognize but it did smell wonderful with a thick gravy and onions and dumplings in it.
